  1. General Information on Data Processing


We process users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services, or where the user has given their consent.


Personal data is generally processed only with the user's consent or where another legal basis under the GDPR exists.


  1. Website Hosting (Framer)


Our website is hosted by Framer B.V.


When you access the website, Framer automatically processes information transmitted by your browser, including in particular:

  • IP address

  • Date and time of the request

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Referrer URL


This data is technically necessary to provide the website.


Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable and secure provision of the website)


A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Framer.


It cannot be excluded that data may be processed on servers outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of
appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).


  1. Processing of Form Data


When you contact us via a form on the website or submit data, the following personal data is processed:

  • Email address (required)

  • City (optional, to assess regional relevance at launch)

  • Confirmation of the privacy policy


The data is processed solely for the purpose of getting in touch and informing you about our product (e.g. the app launch).


Providing the data is voluntary. However, without the required information, use of the service is not possible.

  1. Processing via n8n (Server Infrastructure)


For the technical processing of form data, we use automations via n8n, which are operated on servers provided by Hostinger International Ltd.


The data submitted via the form is transmitted to our servers via webhooks and processed there.

A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hostinger.


It cannot be excluded that processing may also take place outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of
appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).


  1. Use of Brevo (Email Sending & Double Opt-In)


For storing contact data and sending emails, we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH).


The data you provide is transmitted to and stored by Brevo.


Registration is carried out using a double opt-in procedure. This means:

  • After entering your data, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration

  • Your registration only becomes active after confirmation

  • If no confirmation is received within 30 days, your data will be automatically deleted


As part of the double opt-in process, we also store:

  • Time of registration

  • Time of confirmation

  • IP address (if technically recorded)


This data is used solely as proof of your consent.

Personal data is only disclosed in the context of data processing agreements to the following service providers:

  • Framer (website hosting)

  • Hostinger (server infrastructure)

  • Brevo (email sending and contact management)

  • n8n (technical processing within our server infrastructure)


No further disclosure takes place.


  1. Retention Period


We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or until you withdraw your consent.


In the case of registration for our email list, we store your data until you withdraw your consent or until the purpose for storage no longer applies
(e.g. after sending the information about the app launch).

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)

  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.


Withdrawal can be made by email to the address provided above or via an unsubscribe link in the emails sent to you.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia) regarding the processing of your personal data.
